Fast Shipping Information - Gthair
  • Gthair charges a flat shipping fee of $10 across Canada and USA for all orders, regardless of order value (after discounts and before taxes).
  • Packages are shipped from Monday to Friday.
  • No additional customs fees or extra charges.

Delivery Times:
  • Orders are typically processed within 4 business days, though this may vary depending on product availability. This processing period does not include delivery times, which depend on your geographic location.

Carrier Delivery Delays:
  • Our delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. If you experience an unusual delay in receiving your package, please contact us at info@gthair.com. We will open a service ticket with the carrier if necessary.Please note that we cannot send a replacement package without confirmation from the carrier regarding the status and whereabouts of your initial package.


Tracking:
  • All orders are shipped with a tracking number. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number. You can track your package at any time. If you have an account with us, you can also track your orders in the purchase history section of your account.

Damaged Parcel:

  • If your package is delivered to a PO Box, please note that Gthair is not responsible for any damage that may occur (due to extreme temperatures, theft, etc.). For products damaged during transit, please refer to our Exchanges & Warranty section under "Products Damaged During Delivery.

Unclaimed Parcel:
  • If the carrier is unable to deliver your package as intended, it will be sent to a nearby post office for pickup. If you receive a delivery notice, follow the instructions provided or check the delivery status using the tracking number emailed to you.

When retrieving your parcel from the post office, please present the following documents:

  • Delivery notice
  • Government-issued photo ID with your address

Important: You have 10 business days to pick up your package from the post office. After this period, the package will be returned to us, and we will cancel and refund your order, minus the $10 return shipping cost.


Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Address:

  • If the delivery address provided is incorrect or incomplete and your package cannot be delivered, it will be returned to us. Upon receipt of the package, we will issue a full refund minus the $10 return shipping cost. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate, as Gthair cannot be held responsible for address errors.

Out of Stock:

  • In rare cases, some products may be out of stock. If your order includes both available and out-of-stock items, we will refund the unavailable products and ship the remaining items in your order.
