• GThair charges a flat shipping fee of $10 across Canada on all orders, regardless of the order value (after discounts and before taxes). For orders shipping to the USA, a flat fee of $19.99 will apply starting September 8, 2025, after 4:00 PM (EST).
• Packages are shipped from Monday to Friday.
• No additional customs fees or extra charges.

Please note that all orders shipped outside of Canada may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees, which are determined by the destination country’s customs authority.

• Customer Responsibility: Any customs duties or fees requested by the courier (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS) are the sole responsibility of the customer.
• Non-Refundable Orders: If customs duties are not paid and the order is returned or refused, we are unable to issue a refund for the purchase.
• Customs Variability: Duties and taxes may be applied at random and are outside of our control. These assessments can vary depending on cross-border regulations.

• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, though this may vary depending on product availability.
• Transit Time (Canada): Once shipped, packages are delivered within 3–5 business days depending on your location.
• Transit Time (USA): Once shipped, packages are delivered within 5–10 business days depending on your location.
• Total Estimated Delivery: Canada: 4–8 business days | USA: 6–13 business days from the date of order.

Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or customs processing.

• Our delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. If you experience an unusual delay in receiving your package, please contact us at info@gthair.com. We will open a service ticket with the carrier if necessary.Please note that we cannot send a replacement package without confirmation from the carrier regarding the status and whereabouts of your initial package.

• All orders are shipped with a tracking number. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number. You can track your package at any time. If you have an account with us, you can also track your orders in the purchase history section of your account.

• If your package is delivered to a PO Box, please note that GThair is not responsible for any damage that may occur (due to extreme temperatures, theft, etc.). For products damaged during transit, please refer to our Exchanges & Warranty section under "Products Damaged During Delivery.

• If the carrier is unable to deliver your package as intended, it will be sent to a nearby post office for pickup. If you receive a delivery notice, follow the instructions provided or check the delivery status using the tracking number emailed to you.

When retrieving your parcel from the post office, please present the following documents:

• Delivery notice
• Government-issued photo ID with your address

Important: You have 10 business days to pick up your package from the post office. After this period, the package will be returned to us, and we will cancel and refund your order, minus the $10 return shipping cost.

• If the delivery address provided is incorrect or incomplete and your package cannot be delivered, it will be returned to us. Upon receipt of the package, we will issue a full refund minus the $10 return shipping cost. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate, as GThair cannot be held responsible for address errors.

• In rare cases, some products may be out of stock. If your order includes both available and out-of-stock items, we will refund the unavailable products and ship the remaining items in your order.
